Reiki Healing Consent Form

When you purchase a Reiki Healing Session, you consent to receiving Reiki energy and understand that the services provided by the practitioner is intended to enhance relaxation and increase communication within my body.

Understand that these services are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. By purchasing you confirm that you are aware that diagnosis is not given and medication is not prescribed. You agree to continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of your overall health care plan.

You understand that participation is voluntary and that at any time I may choose to end my participation. You understand that you may or may not experience ‘healing reactions’ during the 24 to 48 hours following the services provided and that your body is in full control over what it is healing and balancing.

You understand that any information exchanged during any session is educational in nature and is to be used at my own discretion. You also understand that any information imparted during these sessions is strictly confidential in nature and will not be shared with anyone without written permission.

You understand that by providing this informed consent you are assuming full responsibility for these services and you hold harmless the practitioner.

You agree to the terms and conditions set out by this consent form and certify that the above information is true and correct.

For distance reiki: 

Keep in mind that your Reiki session will be done from a distance so you can find a comfortable space in your home or outside and relax for the duration of the session.

Sessions do not involve discussion during the process so you can just relax and tune into your bodymind. Everyone experiences the shifts differently. Some discussion may be held before or after to answer any other questions you might have.
